These Terms govern use of the FeedRescue website and services. FeedRescue is a productized e-commerce product feed diagnostic and data correction service operated under the VELSA Studio brand. By submitting a diagnostic request or purchasing a FeedRescue service, you agree to these Terms.
1. THE SERVICES
FeedRescue provides product-feed diagnostic and data correction services for eligible e-commerce stores using platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Services may include: • Reviewing Google Merchant Center product-level feed issues • Preparing structured product-feed corrections • Mapping eligible Google product categories • Correcting eligible product attributes • Preparing Google Sheets Supplemental Data Sources • Providing deployment instructions and technical summaries
2. FREE DIAGNOSTIC
The free diagnostic is a preliminary technical assessment. It is used to determine whether the reported issue appears suitable for the FeedRescue service. A free diagnostic does not guarantee that an issue can be resolved.
3. FEEDRESCUE SPRINT
Paid services are provided as a one-time service for the scope agreed before work begins. The current standard launch price may be displayed on the website. Work begins after payment and after the information reasonably required to perform the service has been provided.
4. GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER
FeedRescue is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., Shopify Inc., or WooCommerce. Google independently controls its Merchant Center processing, product approval, policy enforcement, crawling, review, and indexing systems. FeedRescue does not guarantee Google approval, product visibility, traffic, sales, or a specific Google processing timeline.
5. SERVICE SCOPE
FeedRescue focuses on eligible product-level data issues. Issues such as account-level suspensions, policy violations, website compliance problems, counterfeit or prohibited products, and other matters outside the agreed technical scope may be declined. If an issue is determined to be outside the practical scope of the service, we will communicate that before proceeding with work.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their store and products. Clients remain responsible for their storefront, pricing, inventory, tax settings, shipping settings, legal compliance, and Merchant Center account. Clients should never provide their primary account passwords to FeedRescue.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is required before a paid service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The applicable service price is displayed or communicated before purchase.
8. REFUNDS
If FeedRescue determines before meaningful work begins that the requested issue is outside the practical scope of the service, we will communicate this and will not proceed with the service. Once the agreed technical work and deliverables have been completed, fees are generally non-refundable because the service involves work performed specifically for the client’s catalog. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. CLIENT DATA
Clients retain ownership of their store data, product information, brand assets, and other materials they provide. FeedRescue uses such information only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
FeedRescue will treat non-public client business and product information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose it except where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights.
11. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The service is provided on a best-effort technical basis. FeedRescue does not guarantee increases in sales, advertising performance, Google Shopping traffic, ROAS, product approval, or uninterrupted Merchant Center availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeedRescue is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, Google Merchant Center decisions, account suspensions, storefront issues, inaccurate client information, or events outside FeedRescue’s reasonable control.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated when the service, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
